I ordered a medium-sized pizza tonight, and I didn't even understand what it was. I'm not saying this pizza is a bad thing. This store is just ruining the Domino's name.
Phone service is horrible and the guy sounded like he just woke up. Answers the phone by saying hello,(not Hello Domino's) Takes my order wrong and not listening so I asked him to read my order back to me and he responded by saying I didn't have to be rude which I wasnt.Ive been ordering there for a couple of years but not anymore.I called back and asked for the manager and the same guy said she's in the bathroom which i said I'll wait.25 minutes later I'm still on hold.So it show's poor management as well.
