RecommendedI usually order the Philly Steak sandwich and its pretty good. The delivery driver Maggie is awesome. She is always here promptly and is very polite and friendly. That's the reason I will keep ordering from here.
Horrible customer service. Manager Cher refused to fix their mistake and was incredibly rude and nasty.
Cher the general manager even though she is well in her fifties acts like a high school student. She yells at employees loud enough that the cops get called. she talks about people behind their back. Also she drinks beer in the store on the clock. Her customer service skills are horrible. The food is just thrown together no one cares about the customers. no one washes their hands, no one wears gloves. Go to any other pizza place in town.
we ordered a pizza special from there, and it never came on time. it was over an hour late. the manager didnt care she wouldnt even talk to me. the driver saids he only has a few drivers and is busy. thats a poor excuse. he called and said he had the wrong address, the pizza probably was cold with everything else. I'll never order from them again.
I'm always happy with this Domino's. The food is always delicious and if an error is ever made or a delay occurs, their customer service is stellar in correcting the issue.
DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. The store is trash and kept dirty, they let drivers without valid licenses drive, THEY HAVE RATS, half the time they don’t even wash their hands before they handle food, half the employees don’t care about what they’re making and just slap something together quickly & truly don’t care if it’s quality or looks/will taste good, upper management & ownership is terrible & they don’t care about their employees, some of their drivers are drunks/drug addicts, I could go on & on. I have been waiting for over an hour for a a Dominos pizza! Wow! Nothing but excuses!
We ordered ahead of time, was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. So we show up 15 minutes later to pick up, only for nothing to be done. Then waited another 20 minutes for our food, which tasted horrid. Never going back.
