I did what the text said AND what the email said and I responded to both saying I had arrived to pick up my order. I sat in the front of the store for 15 minutes and saw my order sitting on the shelf the whole time I was parked. I had my hazard lights on and everything. I finally got out of my car and tried to go into the store, even though I ordered car-to-go service because I'm pregnant and wanted to avoid getting out of the car. The doors were locked anyway. WOW...what lousy customer service, our initial order was totally wrong, so we called to fix and the replacement order was wrong as well..called to speak to Sam the manager and she tried to tell me it was our fault in the first place.... Hmmm and from what I've read this Domino's Pizza does is missing a few lightbulbs in the customer service department. We have had too many wrong orders placed over the phone, can't recommend this Domino's Pizza to anyone anymore.

I am frustrated with Dominos. We are out in Pradera and have had, on several occasions, Dominos deliver to the house. However, after a lengthy order tonight we get to the end and find out they will not deliver. I can understand if they have stopped delivering out here but wish two things had happened: #1) I wish I had been told upon first giving my name, saving everyone time, and #2) that the person in the background who so adamantly, and rudely, declared they only delivered to the Stroh border, had been less rude. Worse service and attitude from Sam the manager!! Bad pizza that they refused to remake.... Told me it was my fault and I'm only trying to get a free pizza!! Try a Hawaiian with no pineapple, disgusting!! Never again at this location!!!!!!!!!

I am very unhappy with Domino’s right now. We have been repeat and regular customers of this location for quite some time. I placed an order last night online for delivery today (Halloween). I did not get an email confirmation from them, so I called this morning to confirm my order. I was told they can’t accept call ahead orders for Halloween. Received a card stating that you will no longer deliver to our area so that you can provide better service? By definition that is actually providing worse service. Moronic. Then I see commercials for hot spots???? You have been OK but I can see that with these new changes that it is going down hill. Certainly not worth going into for carry out, so you will be losing all of my business unless you continue to deliver. Sad to see a corporation turn their back on the very customers that have been supporting it.

I got a postcard yesterday telling me that your store is is so successful, you are reducing your delivery service area.Huge bummer! I've been a customer for a dozen years and sad to say now I have to find a new pizza. Perhaps you should consider opening another store on the south side of Parker!
