I ordered in store pickup and had to wait 15 minutes just to even talk to someone. When I got my food my order was short 3 items and was wrong.

This Dominoes sent us 2 pizzas missing multiple toppings that we paid extra for. We called to ask for new pizzas, but they explained they were out of the toppings we ordered. Instead of calling us before making the pizzas, they sent us pizzas with 1 out of 3 toppings hoping they would get away with it. They offered us a credit (for less than what we paid) and hung up on us. We have no idea if this credit will be paid or when.

This is the second time o ordered aNY style pizza with light cheese and it seems to have extra cheese. They did however put light sauce even though that is not what was ordered. I didn’t notice it until I drove away so I had to pull all if the cheese off and just eat it as if it’s just bread with a little bit of sauce.

I would give it five stars but one bad Apple spoiled the whole experience. Me being African American myself noticed he was the only person who looked like he was Black. Well he wasn’t a brother that is for sure. I asked for a straw and they didn’t have any. I asked for some plastic ware and he asked a coworker for a roller. He totally ignored me. My pizza was undercooked and grossed out with cheese. I am lactose intolerant and this is the first bad pizza I got from Domino’s in 30 years. Seriously. Good job Domino’s. Maybe th... read more
