Starting from the front desk staff, to the intake triage nurse, to Dr. Vande Maele and his female assistant, they were all very professional, friendly, attentive, and answered all my questions. The doctor offered me options and did not rush the need to operate or rush me out of the room. He was very reassuring. Thank you very much. Wished more doctors and doctor's offices would be more accommodating as this office was.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reception area was clean, there’s ample room for waiting patients and the climate temperature was pleasant. Dr. was very polite, informative and allowed patients to voice their concerns. I was very happy with my patient treatment.
