I've been trying to schedule for 3 months. Know one is answering the phone or returning my messages. A friend of mine that referred me to this service has experienced the same issues. Once she finally got a hold of someone they were very rude. Passive aggressive and aggressively Passive

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I reached for assistance with an immigration process for a family member. The individual I dealt with (Rosanna) initially claimed to have no involvement with the case, even though my family had paid her directly to handle the paperwork. She later stated that her business had taken over from a previous office and was not responsible for past clients, which seemed misleading.
