I saw Dominique today! She was very personable and professional. She took the time to discuss and fully explain some concerns we both had. She was upfront and honest about certain things I need to be doing when it comes to my health. She's not one to beat around the bush! She's everything I expected and needed! I will be recommending her to my friends and family!

UPDATE: Pleasant experience, not pushy with what they want you to do.. This rating of 5 stars was based on the first visit. The second one she seemed irritated and annoyed and had a hard time hiding her personal feelings. She seems to interpret anxiety of patients as them just not wanting to be there, rather than understanding that it's just anxiety and nothing personal in nature. She's knowledgeable, but does not do well with speaking to her patients in a compassionate way. It seems she'll randomly be nice, but it can flip at the snap of your fingers. She was my first potential PCP after moving to Florida, but I think I will try to get in as a new patient elsewhere. Her strong front and harshness just isn't for me.
I went in after not being seen for 2 years and I was shocked by Dominique Paschal APRN bedside manners. She made me so uncomfortable and never looked me in the eye once. She seemed irritated and literally rushed me out. I spent 9 minutes with her total. She refused to address my concerns saying I was only there for a physical. She has changed from the caring and compassionate PA she once was. I left with nothing but steroids, and then to see my chart all wrong with information that I gave her about me really upset me.
