Cannot do stone setting. Very rude.
Absolutely terrible. Called in, she hang up on me immediately when I started asking a question. Called back and she put a loud tone on. Then blocked the number. Called in with my work number thinking maybe she thought I was a telemarketer? I asked if they could give me some advice on setting a stone in a pendant and how much it would cost. They said they cannot do anything over 1 carat. Horrible business.
I had a great experience with Dominique Jewelry! I brought in a few pieces of jewelry to fix and they were able to fix it within a few minutes. They provide quick service, and honest feedback about how the item can be fixed. I'll be back in the future!
Refused to provide service to me, new customer, to swap out several new watch bands after I declined to have them change out a battery when I told them I would take care of that ONLY somewhere else since it’s substantially cheaper. I’m happy to take my business elsewhere if that’s their treatment to those trying to support a local business and apply cost savings and logic, and you better believe I’ll share my review of this business with the world.
