Refused to provide service to me, new customer, to swap out several new watch bands after I declined to have them change out a battery when I told them I would take care of that ONLY somewhere else since it’s substantially cheaper. I’m happy to take my business elsewhere if that’s their treatment to those trying to support a local business and apply cost savings and logic, and you better believe I’ll share my review of this business with the world.
Excellent jewelry store for unique pieces of art jewelry..... professional n honest establishment.....only place in northern Virginia to purchase true quality jewelry!!!
