Very disappointing experience, especially considering we have only been here for one month. Since moving in, we’ve dealt with multiple maintenance issues, including a dishwasher that has never worked properly, half ass cleaning, flooring that needed repaired, a ceiling issue that was never followed up on, and paint splatters all over the floors that were left behind when we moved in. The dishwasher is now barely usable. Maintenance came out and gave us no answers we were only told someone would contact us within 2–3 weeks. ... read more
Complex and apartment layout is nice. Too many people wanting to run their own home theater system at all hours.
Living here about 3 months now. A few issues but maintenance has been very very quick and friendly with fixing anything. Staff is responsive and the neighborhood feels safe. Moving in I had a ton of questions all the time but they were always answered and with a lot of patience. Of course I haven’t been here that long so I will post an updated review. I applied to this apartment because Apartments.com said it was income restricted which gives the impression of it being low income housing. Apartments.com said you have to make under a certain amount of money per year to qualify, which once again gives the idea of it being low income. After spending $150 on application fees, I was denied because I didn’t make three times the rent, even though it’s supposed to be a low income based apartment complex.
