This property is safe & quiet. Martina was always professional & nice. Maintenance is excellent.
I can't believe I've been living here for 11 yrs. Gotta admit I'm pretty pleased with this apartment . If I had any complaints it would b the residents with dogs and there feces not being scooped up by there owners. The guys Daniel n Cory that work on the property hands down
The area is nice but the new management is not. I lived there for 2+ years and my nasty decaying deck was never replaced (old decks were being replaced by old managment), the old windows that I was told needed replaced never were, and my cats caught so many roaches that I they should have been paid for their pest removal services.
Hi, I’m new to the community here at The Courts at Yorkshire Downs. My experience thus far has been amazing. Martina has been excellent. She walked me through the process and when I had questions after our initial meet she responded in a timely manner. The neighborhood seems to be a friendly one. Based on my experience I would recommend her services and this community!
There are apparently no rules in these apartments. Your neighbors are allowed to smoke inside their apartments and play music as loud as they want to, with no consequences. Don’t bother making a complaint because nothing will come of it. If you have respiratory issues, I hope you have an inhaler because you will be breathing in a lot of second hand smoke coming in through your air vents.
