Used to be so great, but ever since new management has taken over, prices have gone way up with zero improvements. Outdated appliances, painted over wallpaper, outrageous water and sewer bills, roach infested, barking dogs day and night, dog feces all over property, broken workout machines, broken down unusable tennis court, walking trails are overgrown with huge holes in pavement. This community used to be so awesome. It is so sad to witness it’s steady decline.
I rarely ever write negative reviews, but this experience definitely warrants one. This was the apartment they expected me to move into after it had supposedly been vacant for at least two weeks. I was PCSing to the area and repeatedly asked them to send me photos of the unit once it became available. Each time, they gave me a different excuse—repainting, installing new carpet, cleaning, or maintenance delays. Please get bigger and newer ac units I am not setting mine to 76 like you guys recommended
I enjoy living here. It is a refuge in this large metro area of Hampton Roads without all the crime and chaos
This property is safe & quiet. Martina was always professional & nice. Maintenance is excellent.
