Complex and apartment layout is nice. Too many people wanting to run their own home theater system at all hours.
Living here about 3 months now. A few issues but maintenance has been very very quick and friendly with fixing anything. Staff is responsive and the neighborhood feels safe. Moving in I had a ton of questions all the time but they were always answered and with a lot of patience. Of course I haven’t been here that long so I will post an updated review. I applied to this apartment because Apartments.com said it was income restricted which gives the impression of it being low income housing. Apartments.com said you have to make under a certain amount of money per year to qualify, which once again gives the idea of it being low income. After spending $150 on application fees, I was denied because I didn’t make three times the rent, even though it’s supposed to be a low income based apartment complex. As a residence of this apartment complex for the last 5 years I can say this is not a good apartment complex anymore. The first few years were great and then the new owners came in and it beet awful ever since. Its sad that I can't stand living here anymore.
