Horrible customer service. No one can be contacted on weekends, when that is when they do planned service on power lines and voluntarily cut service.
Power outage on 70 degree day in Reston towncenter, best ETA tomorrow...Really. I'm sure it has something to do with construction but nobody every held accountable...
You guys are horrible. since 830 am until 6 pm, no lights (that is ok), no heat (ok) but no elevators. Older people are in the building, pets need to go out.
If i could give zero stars i would. My power has been out for 5 days because of the wind storm. Half my neighborhood got their power restored night before last yet we remain in the dark and cold with more cold and freezing precipitation on the way. There’s no snow or bad weather in the last 3 days and I’ve seen no trucks. Nothing. This is unacceptable when i live minutes outside of our nations capitol.
Power has been since noon Friday. Outage map said it would be up yesterday by 11pm. Still no power. Now says 11pm today. Not optimistic. Not happy.
I really just like the way that suggested power and Dominion power kept customers informed regarding the number of outages throughout Fairfax County this weekend. I know that these are hard times when major storms come through the area that disrupt service however Dominion failed to to prepare themselves for the onslaught of issues that came up during these major storm winds. Live wires are down in Springfield, VA on the 7200 block of Reservoir Road. Called Dominion 4 times and they can't say when they will be out to fix this very Dangerous issue. What a joke!!!
