Why there is no human to talk with on customer service?! And I call during the working hours! This company is sucks!
Don't use auto it will rob u. I set up Auto-pay, few days before my bills due, I got some extra cash, decided to pay my bills(electrical) earlier. I paid the Dominion energy bills 10 days earlier and the Online dominion app showed me I got 0.00$ balance for over 10day before the due date. Then from no-where the Auto pay went and tried to pull money ( 0.00$ bills) out of my account on the due. Next thing u know i was charged fees for a returned check. How and why? Worse damn electric company in HISTORY! How did I schedule a start service date and sent my lease verification forms. For yall mfs to turn my electric off. No text, call, email, NOTHING! Cold ass weather outside I have a $0 balance and my kids and I sleeping in a cold ass apartment. Customer service on the phone just clueless. 45 mins for a bunch of idiots to STILL not have an answer. PATHETIC
