I tried calling The 4357 Number And receive a message to And receive a message to call a 611 Number. I could never get through to pay Bill
Terrible customer service. The staff was rude and inconsiderate when I called to ask for clarification. Instead of being helpful, I was met with disrespect. Customers work hard for their money and deserve to be treated with basic courtesy.
Customer service sucks. Billed doubled last month and I haven’t even used my ac or heat. All because of them data centers.
This company are disgusting, they took customers money like robbery, and customer service is not good
Charged me $300+ for a month that I wasn’t even here for two weeks. All the lights were off AC was off and somehow they found a way to charge me for power I wasn’t using. I don’t know what kinda scam they have going on over at Dominion but they steal from you. Will call tomorrow and see if they can fix this bill.
