Customer service sucks. Billed doubled last month and I haven’t even used my ac or heat. All because of them data centers.
This company are disgusting, they took customers money like robbery, and customer service is not good
Charged me $300+ for a month that I wasn’t even here for two weeks. All the lights were off AC was off and somehow they found a way to charge me for power I wasn’t using. I don’t know what kinda scam they have going on over at Dominion but they steal from you. Will call tomorrow and see if they can fix this bill.
They are overcharging us every month.
Having issues due to the App trying to get electricity turn onfor new place. When I call in the get it resolved no help.
