I can't possibly say enough wonderful things about Dr. Heath and the girls. There is absolutely nothing I wouldn't trust them with and to have a vet and techs that know you simply by a phone call and a nick name makes it that much more amazing. I can call from 5 states away, ask a question, get advice, etc. I can call at all hours and get the same kindness. I would not trust my show dogs or my pets to anyone else. We have been going to DVAH since it opened. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and so friendly! They care for our pets like they are there's! Goldie, Smokey and Sheldon are so lucky we found Dr. Rickard and Dr. Heath! We always feel like we are visiting family when we go here! I've never been in another Animal Hospital that is so clean! It goes to show how much they care! Thank you to ALL the staff at DVAH for everything you do!
Go elsewhere!!! Horrible & Inhumane. Just needed a small amount of styptic powder for a cut nail & they refused. I even offered to become a client, but no good. I had to bring my dog in for a vet visit first. This place is obviously only about $$$$$$$$$... Not your pet! They lost my business & I hope yours. Boycott Dominion Valley Animal Hospital. Imagine....if they do this with an over trimmed nail, imagine how they will rip you off for anything real you have done.
