Dominion sent me to my payroll director who straightened me out. Now, a few months later, I cannot login to see my own paystub. At least I know the drill: call payroll and see what I need to do in order to see my own paystub.
Each tax season, I have to go through a three hour rigamarole because Dominion will not accept my login. I cannot open my w-2. I cannot see my paystubs. I get an email every month that my paystub is ready. CLICK, denied access. Same for W-2. EVERY YEAR, I have to go begging to my payroll person to help me. Dominion apparently has some way of confirming an individual's status so that a member can actually see their paystubs and W-2! I know some fellow workers who enjoy this service. It is literally impossible to reset my password as the email is never sent to finish the process. My account has been "temporary locked" for a week now and they have no proper support to address the problem. This has done nothing but cause further issues.
