Great team. Genuine care.
I have been going to Dr Varma for a few years now and her and her entire staff there have been most wonderful. Dr Robert’s is amazing and really listens to you on your FU and Anam and Debbie truly go out of their way and go beyond for the patients and listen to you and your concerns. Having people who really listen and pay attention means the world to people who have medical issues.
I have been a patient for about 5 yrs and in that time my pain has been managed very well despite a complicated medical history. Dr Varma and all the staff at Dominion Pain and Spine do truly care about their patients and works very hard to give them the best care possible. I have high anxiety but the Doctors and staff have gone above and beyond to show kindness and compassion along with the best possible care. Never been seen for an appointment on time! Waited over 30 minutes to be seen! Update: as I was awaiting my procedure. In a gown and hooked up to an IV the Dr. came into discuss my review with me. And insinuated that if I did not remove it she would not continue to care for me. Had I not been in such pain I would have walked out. This doctor should be investigated.
Sometimes you have a long waiti. Because the Doctor is good.Maybe that's why there's long lines. Hopefully it gets better with the waiting time. I like the Doctor a lot. Known her for years now and I do mean YEARS NOW. THANK YOU
