Customer service was horrible. The price increased almost double on my storage. I just got a new storage somewhere else it's double size and less than half the price I can't believe I paid this much money for this much time for this horrible place The conditions are also bad you can't pull in with a sedan because you might rip off your front bumper(happened to me ) and 2 inches of standing water in front of my storage
1- the rows to drive down as super narrow 2- so many potholes 3- so much trash on the ground 4- rusty doors on the storage units The location manager is horribly. I believe people live at this location. There’s so many cars and trucks everywhere. Doesn’t even look safe. Spend $20 more and go to public storage two blocks down.
