This review is based on Dominion's roofing job that was done in 2019. Dominion Roofing's workmanship was outstanding, the price was extremely fair and everything was done professionally. The work included new shingles and a standing seam metal roof, both look brand new six years later. Couldn't be happier.
I have used Dominion Roofing a couple times to make repairs to my roof (not a roof they installed), it’s an older roof and they have always done an A plus job. They are responsive, communicate well and get the work done in a timely manner. I appreciated their willingness to always provide me with pictures before and after the repair and they are always willing to answer any questions I may have. Thank you, once again for a job well done, and providing peace of mind with the repairs. Nadean.
Great job and fair price for my roof replacement. They got the job done quickly and, despite having to pull out a lot of rotted wood and old shingles, left the outside of my house clean. Highly recommend.
We had Dominion do our roof a few years back and we've been extremely pleased with the outcome. They were fast to respond to our original call, prompt in delivering a quote, and fairly priced. I initially spoke with Bill on the phone and messaged him regarding some roofing work I needed done, and he said he would follow up with me and never did. When I followed up, he read my message, didn’t respond, and then sent my call to voicemail. Extremely unprofessional. If you need roofing work, I recommend avoiding this company altogether and finding one that actually values communication and customer service.
