Takes too long with the process, it is ez to deal face to face. Full of lies, said refunded on12/05/26, but the owner said it is on pending. It took so long to process, and he only transferred the money on the day on 02/06/26 which I found the store. Which means they never put it on the processing. May be a lot of people don’t get their money back, because time let people forget about it. Is the way how they earn money? IRD should have to check the bank.

Not replying to my emails regarding my return. Tracked and parcel was recieved by them but no word back. Still waiting for refund and communication after 3 weeks

Outstanding service. Exceptionally professional. This is the 4th or 5th time over the last few years that I'm using the services of this pharmacy. Staff never miss a beat. Polite, efficient and goods are delivered overnight to Wellington just as requested. If that isnt enough, their price for what I order saves me several hundred dollars. Extremely competitive. Cannot commend this pharmacy enough. A+
