Not replying to my emails regarding my return. Tracked and parcel was recieved by them but no word back. Still waiting for refund and communication after 3 weeks
I received my medication on 21/01/2026 for my baby that was going to expire in 10 days and another one that was expiring in 4 months - completely unacceptable, they don’t check their stock properly. Do not purchase here especially online
Misleading advertisement and poor transparency regarding Pharmacist-Only medicines. I visited this pharmacy because their website listed Chlorsig (Chloramphenicol) as a Pharmacist-Only Medicine, stating only that a “brief consultation with a pharmacist is required.” However, the advertisement did not state that: the patient must be physically present, or a prescription is required, or third-party purchase is not allowed. Outstanding service. Exceptionally professional. This is the 4th or 5th time over the last few years that I'm using the services of this pharmacy. Staff never miss a beat. Polite, efficient and goods are delivered overnight to Wellington just as requested. If that isnt enough, their price for what I order saves me several hundred dollars. Extremely competitive. Cannot commend this pharmacy enough. A+
