True selfish and irresponsible people!!! I tried to get a key for my apartment and they did not set anything. I had to figure out by contacting with board manager. The home is super dirty that I had to clean for days and in the end they said some cleaning people came already. They do not take any responsibility and run business with such a cruel way. I hope this would be helpful for somebody trying to make a decision for move in. Please be careful to not be disasppointed
I called and told them there is someone running around in our apartment going crazy and in the parking lot aswell... she said they don't manage our property and Hung up, when the whole time while appling for the apartment I'm in right now I have used this exact same phone number to contact them... very rude
