Incompetent. Unethical. Unprofessional. Non-responsive. That has been my experience with this company. They managed one of my properties and it was a nightmare. They do not respond to your messages or emails NOR to maintenance requests by the tenants. They will not deposit the rent collected in your account until after a month and then too after multiple reminders. Charge more for the maintenance work. They will send you wrong Tax Documents. The lowest option available is one star, this is far to generous for this hay - seed business. I can not warn you enough to steer clear at all cost. We used this service to rent our executive home which I strongly regret. Firstly they do not provide the service that Betsy presented while being interviewed. I'm a pretty patient person but my experience with this company has been unpleasant. I have called numerous times and no one seems to ever work. I have yet to speak with a live representative or receive a call back . The townhouse I purchased requires a parking pass and this is the responsibility of Dominion Properties. Now I have a tow warning sticker on my car window.
