RE: when you buy a business you buy its liabilities, so YOU owe me my deposit. You have 2 weeks to send me my money (inflation adjusted, with interest) or I’ll see you in court. Original review: I’m still waiting for my $300 deposit, and I moved out in 2021. Every time I asked for it in person, they told me they can’t give me a check in person “for safety reasons”, and of course they never mailed it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Lived here all of 2024. Lease ends in 2025. RUN. The leasing staff, front desk, and even security are unprofessional and unhelpful. PROS: Gated. Key fob required for floors and to use elevator. Pool and balcony view are nice. That’s it. CONS: • Gates constantly broken, key fobs fail, elevators take 10–30 minutes to work. • Trash room always overflowing. Hallways and elevators stink—they tried to mask it with air fresheners. • Maintenance is useless, enters without notice, and barely responds unless you beg.... read more
