I’m still waiting for my $300 deposit, and I moved out in 2021. Every time I asked for it in person, they told me they can’t give me a check in person “for safety reasons”, and of course they never mailed it.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Lived here all of 2024. Lease ends in 2025. RUN. The leasing staff, front desk, and even security are unprofessional and unhelpful. PROS: Gated. Key fob required for floors and to use elevator. Pool and balcony view are nice. That’s it. CONS: • Gates constantly broken, key fobs fail, elevators take 10–30 minutes to work. • Trash room always overflowing. Hallways and elevators stink—they tried to mask it with air fresheners. • Maintenance is useless, enters without notice, and barely responds unless you beg.... read more
I would not recommend living here. It has been over five months since I moved out and I still haven’t received my security deposit back. I’ve called and followed up multiple times and keep getting the runaround with no clear answers. On top of that, I referred someone to the building and was told I would receive a referral bonus, but that was never honored either. It’s extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Be cautious when dealing with management — they do not follow through on their promises or responsibilities.
Cars abandoned in visitor lot, don't seem to care. Pool crowded on long weekend as many guests show up.
