Business is a lie and a scam DON'T GO HERE charged us 100 for prescription check gave the wrong prescription offered us a recheck then call back said no it's not first to me then he says I'm shutting down come tomorrow for a check for a refund then when I went he says no it's not fair I change my mind and said come back 21st I called again today he's not denying the refund claim completely even though I have it on a recorded line which he's informed of so he hung up and won't answer my calls

Good customer service, Dr listen and pays attention to what patient is saying. She spent good duration to fine tune the prescription number. We have been dealing with optometrist in independent and big chains but first time ever we experienced that after finalizing prescription number she placed lenses in trial frame and we walk around testing the clarity and accuracy of glasses in real. We walk out totally satisfied and happy to recommend to everyone.

EDIT. I have been going here for 5 years. I just went today and it was great. They don't sell glasses that I'm aware of? I have never been offered any glasses or shown any, just strictly an eye exam. I don't know if these other negative reviewers are confused with a different place? I love this establishment. It is easy to get an appointment and VERY nice, professional optician. Recently had my prescription updated. Office was the only one open in the area on Saturday, and had slots. Office is a no frills affair, appointment started about 10min late, but Dr. Zhou was thorough, and did not feel like she rushed through anything. Not sure what complaints below are about, but I found the examination good.

I bought the care solution from her. She didn’t mention it’s a very strong and stimulating liquid which should put in the certain container. After I used my own container to put my contact lenses with the care solution. My eyes felt burning and barely got blind!!!! She didn’t admit that she didn’t tell me how to use it properly!!! She blamed me. Don’t go this place.
