The staff here are exceptional! They got me in immediately on a Friday! I was really worried about my eye health and they were able to fit me in the schedule and help with my eye care. Not only were they amazing in the office, they reassured me to call if I had any questions or concerns afterwards. I would recommend this place to others. Such an incredibly positive space.
EDIT. I have been going here for 5 years. I just went today and it was great. They don't sell glasses that I'm aware of? I have never been offered any glasses or shown any, just strictly an eye exam. I don't know if these other negative reviewers are confused with a different place? I love this establishment. It is easy to get an appointment and VERY nice, professional optician. Good customer service, Dr listen and pays attention to what patient is saying. She spent good duration to fine tune the prescription number. We have been dealing with optometrist in independent and big chains but first time ever we experienced that after finalizing prescription number she placed lenses in trial frame and we walk around testing the clarity and accuracy of glasses in real. We walk out totally satisfied and happy to recommend to everyone.
Recently had my prescription updated. Office was the only one open in the area on Saturday, and had slots. Office is a no frills affair, appointment started about 10min late, but Dr. Zhou was thorough, and did not feel like she rushed through anything. Not sure what complaints below are about, but I found the examination good.
Saw them today on short notice, excellent service. Not rushed for an eye exam. Reasonably rates without insurance. Dr was professional. Already recommended to a friend.
