Wow. I was so impressed! After switching to Dominion Medical Associates, N 28th St. Suite 300,I had my first appointment a couple weeks ago. I've never been to a doctor's office that showed so much care about me like they did. The atmosphere was calm, laid back, ( good music was playing)and yet, everyone was so attentive to their particular jobs. I’ve been calling since last week. I have a dislocated shoulder, 2 types of arthritis, and fibromyalgia. I have no more of my pain meds. I left several messages and I called more than several times. I left countless amount of Voicemails. I even left messages with the admin line. The representative said “I cannot reach them, they must be with patients.” Am I still a patient??!!
Been trying to reach someone in their office since Friday (today is Tuesday) to get a prescription refilled. Left multiple messages, been hung up on, been put on hold then hung up on. I’ve called the other office location and talked with someone there twice and they have tried to reach someone on their system. I’m currently on hold with the East End location. Been going for years and I haven’t had any issues yet when it comes to my health and wellness
I had a really great experience at this clinic in terms of thoroughness and thought that the clinic would be responsive but sadly that hasn’t been the case. Every time I call even when telling the receptionist I need to actually speak to someone , I get sent to the nurses voicemail and never hear back from anyone. I really need a manager or office supervisor to give me a call asap. UPDATE- I called number, and was sent to your voicemail as well. Please direct me to a person who will actually speak to me.
