I went for health check up they check everything with blood test things but once i leave the building from next day i tried to contact them regarding to see my report on portal as they said its been more than 2 weeks i had sent message, give 100 calls not getting connected and no-one is resolving my issue. Its frustrating i recommend everyone don't go over there.
Wow. I was so impressed! After switching to Dominion Medical Associates, N 28th St. Suite 300,I had my first appointment a couple weeks ago. I've never been to a doctor's office that showed so much care about me like they did. I’ve been calling since last week. I have a dislocated shoulder, 2 types of arthritis, and fibromyalgia. I have no more of my pain meds. I left several messages and I called more than several times. I left countless amount of Voicemails. I even left messages with the admin line. The representative said “I cannot reach them, they must be with patients.” Am I still a patient??!!
Been trying to reach someone in their office since Friday (today is Tuesday) to get a prescription refilled. Left multiple messages, been hung up on, been put on hold then hung up on. I’ve called the other office location and talked with someone there twice and they have tried to reach someone on their system. I’m currently on hold with the East End location.
