Have to say was shocked on how this mortgage firm works. I was approached by Jeff and his friend or work partner Josh (shows up in his SUV Mercedes) on how even though I was approved through my bank they can get me private money no questions asked. I was sure that mortgage agents level 1 were not even allowed to do private lending. I also found out from a family member that the realtor, Jeff have quite a system going.
