I felt like I was at home. I was satisfied and understood what I was having done during the surgery and afterwards.
I was referred to Dominion Eye Associates about 2 years ago when the VA didn’t have the capacity to accommodate me in a timely manner. The doctors and staff have been attentive, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend both locations. whether you choose the Richmond or Colonial Heights location, you can’t go wrong.
Everyone was very professional and personable. I was pleased with the treatment i received from everyone.
Not a long waiting time to be called for my appt. Very nice and polite staff. Everything was explained where I understood what the plan of treatment was, allowed to ask questions.
