Great attention to maintenance issues. Don’t bother deep cleaning when you leave. No matter how well you clean it they will give you about $200 back out of your $800 deposit. Is it really worth your time and labor?
Stayed here for 4 years, absolutely disappointed mostly by the staff and managers who have zero professional skills or demenor. No accountability and minimal communication or problem solving ethics.

I always felt I was treated unfairly when they took my entire security deposit. It was unlike anything I’d ever experienced. Our place was spotless, and the walls were in perfect condition. I’d been warned they were strict about deposits, so I hired a professional cleaner to make sure everything was pristine.
