I was looking for an apartment with my partner (bf) a few years ago and it was incredibly unprofessional and one of the worst viewing experiences I’ve ever experienced. Great attention to maintenance issues. Don’t bother deep cleaning when you leave. No matter how well you clean it they will give you about $200 back out of your $800 deposit. Is it really worth your time and labor?
Stayed here for 4 years, absolutely disappointed mostly by the staff and managers who have zero professional skills or demenor. No accountability and minimal communication or problem solving ethics.
