love then hate... i fell in love with these apartments at first sight. i loved the large floor plans, the vintage look and feel and the many large windows. granted, in line with this, the windows were crank style and had been painted over many times and were in poor condition and didn't seal completely, causing utility bills to be quite high. the interiors were the same rather poor condition. minimally updated / minimally kept up. the carpet was old and dirty throughout. i rented anyway and enjoyed it for a few months until ... read more
Horrible management! Horrible place to live!! Not safe!! – To start with no one contacted us to let us know that the day we were set to move in the apt would NOT be ready! We showed up with our boxes ready to move in, and come to find out they were still waiting on a permit from the city saying it's safe for occupancy. The first 3 days we had no air conditioner! We started out with a page long list of things that needed to be fixed still in the apt. We have lived here 7months and we still do not have a motor for our bath tub... read more
THIS COMPLEX DOES'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR! – THIS DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR... Okay, I'm not one to follow these ratings but let me tell you- this is the worst complex you can live at. We just recently moved out (thank goodness) and have had nothing but attitude from their manager (Keith). Avoid living here – The neighborhood feels unsafe. There are unpoliced communal washers and dryers. The people in the office are unfair and unhelpful. The apartments themsevles are old and generate ridiculously high power bills. These are 600-700 dollar apartments being rented out for $1000.
