So today 16 Jul 26, I called and needed assistance... no, I needed "help" and spoke to a Miss Lakea??(hope i spelled it right) and she was extremely helpful. I asked a simple way question and she could've just said, "You are ok", "no need to worry".... so back story, my Apt complex said I didn't pay my electricity for Apr, May or June even though I proved through my account with Dom.com I've never missed an electric bill payment in these apartments, my home of 20yrs (sold in 2017 cancer and heart issues) or even moving from ... read more
Dominion has a monopoly and they should not be allowed to. I’ve had months where my electric bill randomly doubles or triples and when I call, they make excuses instead of rereading the meter. I’ll tell them to compare to the same month years prior. They’ve never sent someone out again despite multiple requests. Greedy corporation.
I had a service appointment for 6/15 to start service, had confirmation email and text. Instead, they turned off my power, deleted my account, and it was impossible to speak to a person to resolve the issue. Terrible service. Left a family with a one year old baby without power in 100 degree westher. Incompetent utility company.
Refused to trim down a tree that's all around the power lines. "We won't do anything until it takes down the lines". Power bill went from 200$ to 750$ this past month. Wow. I've lived here four years and it's never been more than 400.
