I will never live in any area again that uses Dominion Energy. Customer service is terrible and the people are extremely rude, supervisors refuse to take calls or call you back when they say they will. I thought Duke Energy was bad but Dominion really outdoes them.
I specifically asked you to not destroy my property. The least you could do is clean it all up.
I didn't see anyone I believe it was just for workers but dominion need a better system because it's ridiculous you have to sit in the dark after having your lights cut off at your old address. Just to have to wait 48 hours to have lights turned on at new address.
Does anyone answer the phone or world here? It's all automated and never goes anywhere
Literally wasted 1 hour and 21 minutes just for them to not being able to remove a work order for me to start my service from the previous tenant with barely an explanation why. PART 2: Just called today 3/04/2025 AND MY TIME WAS WASTED AGAIN FOR ANOTHER HOUR. They claim it’s a system issue on their end and barely explained to me the issue and will probably be the reason I do not move into my apartment on time. Thanks dominion energy.
