Does anyone answer the phone or world here? It's all automated and never goes anywhere
Literally wasted 1 hour and 21 minutes just for them to not being able to remove a work order for me to start my service from the previous tenant with barely an explanation why. PART 2: Just called today 3/04/2025 AND MY TIME WAS WASTED AGAIN FOR ANOTHER HOUR. They claim it’s a system issue on their end and barely explained to me the issue and will probably be the reason I do not move into my apartment on time. Thanks dominion energy.

I have called multiple times to get my electric services on today and I haven’t got no where. I have food that’s going bad and my apartment it’s starting to get warm and I want to have my ac on for my 2 dogs so they don’t get over heated. Been with no electricity for almost 2 days now.
