I would give 0 stars if i could. Seriously THE WORST electric company to exist. I called the 10th to have my power turned on. Each day i had to call back 3+ times to be told someone would be coming out that day and no one ever showed. It’s now going on 7 days and still no electricity. This means no heat, which also means no showers and no food. Price Gouging Company what power always goes out at the slightest fluxuation in temperature or weather conditions.
Reported a downed power line in my yard. They came out, restored the power and left the downed line still sitting in the same spot in my yard.
you can't get a human on the phone for anything its horrible. one stair is too much in my opinion
