They will rake you over the coals in charges and they are very unprofessional. Don t get anything stolen in Ashtabula County-they just might call Dominic and you will have to pay triple the normal tow charge to get YOUR property back. I had 5 of my karts stolen. The police seen 3 go karts going down the street with teenagers driving them ..the teens jumped off and ran..so no suspects..2 karts are still missing. The police called them to tow the 3 go karts. Horrible service. After my step son was involved in an accident, we had his car towed to their lot while we decided what to do with it. Once they had possession of the car they increased the prices from what we had initially been told and added additional fees. When we complained about this they then refused to tow the car out of their lot. We were forced to pay more than we had initially agreed to just to have the car released and then call another towing company to come get it.
