Worst dinner EVER. Neil’s steak overdone, sides didn’t come out with meal, salads drowning in dressing, pasta dry as hell, no apologies, no courtesy. Neil spoke to Manager who didn’t apologize & refused to give any kind of discount. End result, free dessert, boxed up baked potatoes not touched & miserable dinner. Oh, and by the time Neil’s recooked steak came out the rest of us were done with dinner 🤬
