We've been dining at Dominick's for a long time, for special occasions, nights out with friends, or to order take out. The food has always been delicious, the service is great, and the atmosphere is pleasant. This is our go to place, one of the best places to dine in Syracuse!
Dominick's has been one of the few restaurants to withstand the years of ups & downs in Syracuse's economy. STILL reasonable, STILL delish and STILL one of the best! And the server we had the other night was one of the best I have had in a along time. He was polite, enthusiastic & very charming!! We all told him he could probably sell anything! Okay Went Here For My Dads Birthday Today.. Party Of 7. My Dads And Moms Delmonico Steak Was Amazing... Mine And My Sisters Italian Platter Sucked!! The Sauce Was Runny With Absolutely No Flavor (No Seasoning At All). The Lasagna Had Flavor Only Due To The Ricotta In It.. Sausage Wasn't Done Pink All In The Middle Disgusting.. I don't usually rate restaurants but this place was absolutely terrible. My husband and I had heard it was a great restaurant and had a gift certificate to use. We went with 2 friends and I feel awful that I suggested this place. Hostess was rude, restaurant was too bright and we were seated in a corner booth which was freezing. Terrible service and terrible food! Dont get veal parm, its some processed, shredded "patty" stuffed with cheese and breaded and then covered on cheese (all in a disgusting way) and it's GREY! Meat shouldn't be grey. Never ever eating here.
I love this place, fantastic food and service. I have been going here for years. When my Mother was alive, it was her favorite place to go.
