Maybe don’t have your staff personally call or text patients from their PERSONAL cell to the patient’s PERSONAL cell to discuss billing… prettty sure that violates HIPPA.
Of all the dentists I’ve went to. This is by far the best and they give the most attention to detail
I have been to a few dentists in my life but glad I finally found Dr. Lembo. Always does what's best without any upselling. Staff is great and always accommodating. You will be in good hands in either office.
