Very difficult to make an appt or get anyone on the phone. Made an appt online which is what they push you to do and no one showed up. The doors were closed and locked. After waiting an hour I called with no answer. I left a message, never got a call back.
I always love coming here. They always make my hair look 10 times better than what I can do at home. Worth the money and time.
