Do not waste your time!! You will be sitting around waiting even if you have an appointment. The owner Carmen agrees with your appointment time over the phone and never relays it to her staff. My mom had an am appointment set and the place was locked up tight.. UNREAL way to do business and waste people’s time.
Nice fade but messed up my hair completely cut half off
I walked in and ask for my braids to be taking out washed an re braid. Kathy did my hair up to the blow out and said nobody is here to braid my hair. This is misleading and not good for business. I specifically asked for these services before she started and she said yes. I feel like I was robbed and my hair isn't near done I asked if she could flat iron she said no give me more money.
