ATTENTION THEY ARE NOT SANITARY!!!! Do not pay these people to damage your beautiful 4b and 4c hair. Also they do not clean their hair brushes at all!!!!!! They got offended when I asked them to clean the brush and requested for me to pay a fee of $15 for them to use a clean brush on my head. They got an attitude and spoke bad about me in Spanish. I haven't been here in years but went today due to an emergency. I absolutely love my hair and service. Juan did a great job with my shampoo, I brought in my medicated shampoo and he used it last with no problem. The other lady did a good job with my hair eventhough it is in a short bob, I can tell she is used to clients with a little more length but she still made sure I was pleased with her work before I left. The owner Maribel is still nice and professional. I will definitely be going back in the next few weeks.
10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. The customer service at this salon is terrible. From the moment I walked in, the energy was unwelcoming, and the owner’s attitude was rude and dismissive—as if customers are an inconvenience and as if this is the only salon around. Communication was poor, professionalism was lacking, and basic courtesy was missing altogether. There’s absolutely no reason to make paying customers feel uncomfortable or disrespected.
