If I can give them 0 stars I would. The lady who did my hair burnt out a patch of my hair with the blow dryer on high heat. After I told her I didn't want my hair blowed dried after sitting under the dryer with a roller set. I wanted to keep the curls from the roller set. She never mentioned it, but naturally I smelled when it happened. Giving her a chance to let me know.. instead she tried to cover it up but pulling the other side of my hair over her mess.
