Worst service I have ever experienced. I went to have a full color and partial highlight. Upon entering I sat down with the person I scheduled my appointment with, whom of which has done my hair in the past and I felt comfortable with. After telling her what I wanted and she quoted me $150 for the services she left to work on a different customer. When this place opened they had very great and inexpensive prices and this is what made them stand out from their competitors. I love the stylist and they do a great job but the new pricing is a turn off. I used to go every 1-2 weeks but with the increase I only go once a month. I think the price increase hurt the customer base.
Everytime I go to get my hair washed or styled I always leave 100% satisfied. They do the best wash & sets in richmond.
