My daughter gets her hair done here and they do a great job! We are always in and out with an appt on the weekdays and her blow outs last a while! We used to go to the North Tryon location and they do just as well as the old Vip in Charlotte if not better!
I don’t recommend I wanted a blow out and it was black lady she literally just straighten my hair with a flat iron which gave much more brunt ends instead of doing the classic blow out with a brush her excuse was her arm hurts to do all that …and all the Spanish lady wash your hair sooo aggressively ! I paid and also gave her tip smh DONT come here !! Save your money!! they don’t do what you ask it’s always an excuse on how they can’t do it how you want.
I’m only giving this a 2 star just because one of the hair stylist has the worse customer service her name is “nena”. I’ve seen her one time she was super rough and seemed like she was rushing or had an attitude when I asked her to curl my hair she states that my hair is “too thick”. My hair is a long bob and nobody else had a problem doing it. If she couldn’t do it or didn’t feel like it I would have just went to another hair stylist.
