Wonderful Hospital 1 or 2 bad apples don't spoil the bunch. This is a good place. Good Doctors. Great Staff.
We had appointment at Dignity Health Advanced Imaging at 1685B COMMERCIAL WAY. We had an appointment scheduled for 7 a.m. on a holiday, but the radiologist had not arrived even an hour later. The receptionist showed little concern about the delay, despite the fact that patients were waiting. It should be their responsibility to contact the radiologist and ensure timely service. This experience reflects a lack of professionalism and responsibility from the staff.
Most of the staff is friendly and understanding and most importantly caring. Well others are rude and do not have the best bedside manners.
Way better than RMG, which unfortunately doesn't take much. Dominican imaging staff is pleasant, everything articulated well, no long waits. Would never go back to RMG for anything.
