It took over three weeks to get a call back, only to be scheduled two weeks later. I called everyday at all different times of the day. ** my doctor had "Urgent" writen on the request. Don't get me started with ER. If you can go anywhere else, do that..
Seems to not matter what time of day you call during business hours, no one picks up and voicemails do not get returned.
Wonderful Hospital 1 or 2 bad apples don't spoil the bunch. This is a good place. Good Doctors. Great Staff.
We had appointment at Dignity Health Advanced Imaging at 1685B COMMERCIAL WAY. We had an appointment scheduled for 7 a.m. on a holiday, but the radiologist had not arrived even an hour later. The receptionist showed little concern about the delay, despite the fact that patients were waiting. It should be their responsibility to contact the radiologist and ensure timely service. This experience reflects a lack of professionalism and responsibility from the staff.
