She damaged my hair, my hair was very healthy and strong, i was with long hair and I don't know what she put in my hair that I lost everything. It's been 6 months since I stopped going there and my hair is already healing. See my pictures.
Very bad customer service, lack of respect for customer choice. They burnt my scalp with their perming cream, and never apologized or said anything comforting but teamed up together against me for complaining that I was in pain and wanted them to make the perming faster. They have bad work ethics, and workers are very rude.
