Amazing experience! We had to get a last minute appointment for me and my mom and Yissel got us in and out quick. Gracias para todo!
My visit to this salon was excellent from start to finish. The stylist listened carefully to my preferences and gave honest suggestions before starting. I chose a layered haircut, and the result came out soft, natural, and well-shaped. The staff was polite and made the experience enjoyable. The salon environment was peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the helpful hair care tips they shared. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and very satisfied with my new hairstyle.
Yissel is literally the best - EVER!!! I called her one random Sunday saying I was going to New York on short notice and she fit me in. Super close to my house so I thought I’d try it. Well, I fell in love. She’s so kind and so sweet. Makes sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need, and she truly delivers on service too. I asked for this shaggy pixie and they sent me home with a Karen bob, priced at $95 (shampoo, cut, blow dry). I was so embarrassed to leave the salon looking like I did but I just needed to get out. When the woman was blow drying my hair the heat was on max, despite me telling her I’m experiencing postpartum hair loss.
