0 stars, Maribell was unprofessional! Made us wait an hr past our scheduled time to be seen. Rushed the cut and didnt complete the style, and thats just to start!
I’ve been going to Maribel for quite awhile for my Keratin treatments. I moved to the west coast of Florida, and drive 3 hours because nobody does it like her. Great work!
They are unprofessional and they don’t even greet you when you come through the door. Then they told me 75$ but once i got done tried to charge me 125$. The only person tha have professional customer service was Ana. I do not recommend this location. The one in deltona is WAY better and they have your hair looking amazing i left unsatisfied and it was not how my hair normally looks.
this place is VERY unprofessional ! the workers are very rude and nasty. I think they’re racist, they stopped doing my little sisters hair and skipped over her multiple times when she was the first person there. Also horrible communication, we set appointments with exact prices and when we got there they did whatever they wanted to do then tried to upcharge all of us for everything and also no asking us if it was ok knowing it was all an upcharge. NEVER coming back here rating 0/10
