Incredibly upsetting experience at this hair salon today. I am Dominican and have grown up going solely to Dominican hair salons because of my hair type. While I am in the area I looked for a local Dominican hair salon, unfortunately this location does not value their customers and take advantage of the customers time. This is the second time I try to make an appointment that resulted in me sitting there for over an hour past my scheduled appointment only for me to have to leave because it was getting too late. 0 stars, Maribell was unprofessional! Made us wait an hr past our scheduled time to be seen. Rushed the cut and didnt complete the style, and thats just to start!
