I went and enjoyed the cleanliness and friendliness of staff. My hair looks and feels so good......I love it!!! It is good to have a salon to go to that is professional and worldly with all hair types and actually could do some good hair.......this is my new spot and I will return.....
Do not go to this salon. I gave it one star because I didn't have to wait when I went in but that is because the salon is horrible no one was there. My hair was so ugly. I wouldn't let my dog be groomed by this place. No one spoke English that is true that didn't bother me but the way my hair looked and felt bothered me. My hair was hard and crunchy from all of the spritz. This place is a bad for Dominican hair salon reputation. Do not go here!!!!!!!!
This is the anonymous who reviewed a month ago. After re conditioning a few times I still have heat damage in a few places. Don't go here unless you love straight damaged hair.
I wouldn't go here if you care about your hair. First reviewer was correct... NO ONE speaks English. Simple things like starting at the ends to detangle then working your way up is unknown here. My hair was abused and left totally unsatisfied. They don't know how to really care for hair -you don't need to damage it to get it smooth and straight. Try another salon. Trust me. And if you have natural hair FORGET IT!
This review would be a 5 Star but honestly I can only rate it a four because absolutely NO ONE In their speaks English.. I understand it being a DOMINICAN SHOP That everyone would speak Spanish but it should at least be someone who's BILINGUAL To answer questions and concerns from non SPANISH Speaking clients.. Other than this everything is perfect.. Oh and BYOENT (Bring your own entertainment) because unless you like Spanish soap Oprah's you won't be very entertained - Known African American Client!
