I called ahead of time and explained that I understand they do not work on closures and frontals. I asked for very literally a wash and blow dry. I’ve been here for 3 hours and the braids under my hair is still wet. I explain myself again and let her know I’m not doing a silk press to please not use the heat in my hair. They just charged me 65$ even without the sew in. Mind you they told me $40 plus for a silk press depending on length. I will never be coming here again. This is ridiculous and they are scammers.

Service was terrible, I showed pictures of what I wanted, basic loose pin curls , but instead of telling me they don’t know how to do it, they did a terrible job, and still charged full price. I left with my hair looking worst than when I got there. Definitely waste of money and time! I had to go home & restyle after paying for service.
Do not support this business. I need to preface this by saying that I NEVER right negative reviews about small owned businesses but this experience warranted one. A week ago I went to this salon and got a sew in.Before I left the salon I expressed my concern about it being too tight but she said don’t worry about it. After a few days I noticed that the front track wasn’t loosening traction and I noticed that my hair was pulled from the follicle , I went back in and asked them to remove the front track.
