The lady Jade is beyond Rude. I called asking if someone spoke Spanish because my elderly mother doesnt speak English therefore I wanted to make sure she was going to be ok. First she tells me what to do instead of asking me, then when I try to explain my mothers situation and let her know how rude she is she just hangs up the phone and blocks me. Upscale Salon! Great Service!
This is absolutely the worst place you can even think about getting your hair done at. i called this pace when they opened to see the prices of how much they would charge to get my hair done and told the lady i would be in later once i take my hair down. 2 o clock comes and i came and they were closed hours was supposed to be 10am-6pm so i called and she told me there was no business she went to another shop for the day and when i told her i called she said o well she sorry she is busy doing other hair. I was at the salon yesterday. It is a quite place. The lady who washed my hair massaged my head. The offered different shampoo's and conditioners. I was not familiar with the Aveda product line. I did not think this product was for thicker hair. After using the products and styling products at no extra charge. Im actual going to purchase what she used for my between weeks. My hair look fabulous!!!!! If you don't go you will be disappointed.
I Came there today, I like to give my honest opinion, so...I loved the way my hair first turned out, but after a while It kinda flopped(which is what I expected because im natural) when I got home I went over it myself and used my products an NOW I LOVE IT!!! but im getting off track....lol... the overall experience with the wash was ok,she seemed like she was rushing, and the blow dry process was great(I got sleepy) the flat iron process was scary, I actually watched themas they did do hair and NO HEAT PROTECTANT USED and a... read more
