I was overcharged today and I’m extremely disappointed. Fanny created prices in her head. Spoke well clear English throughout entire service until having to explain why on earth I had to pay $80. At the end, she claimed her English isn’t that good. Very disappointing.
I got burned multiple times and had hot water dripping on me when doing deep conditioner. Fanny rushed my hair and cut too much off and then overcharged me and claimed she doesn’t speak English well.
