Been sitting in their parking lot waiting for 30 minutes for this establishment to open. I called Saturday & asked for their direct hours & I was told Monday - Saturday 9am -5pm. Closed on Sunday’s. Well it’s Monday morning & it’s currently 9:30am. No staff has shown up yet! Huge disappointment & BAD BUSINESS. Update: Staff showed up between 9:35-9:45am. Very polite staff, just was late. Very disappointed I normally go to the Dominican shop concord. I thought that since I just moved backed to the area I’ll give it a chance. I’ve never paid as much a did for color. I have had tri colors. I’ve never sat in a seat for more than 8 hrs still didn’t get the color that I wanted. Biggest waste of almost $500.

My older sister recommended me this place and I love the results especially $60 for a blowout. My favorite part is when they wash ur hair and massage it😌 my mother loves this place too and they do walk in appointments which is perfect!!!.

Lourdes is so gifted and talented She's friendly and very welcoming her energy is so beautiful and pleasant the staff & atmosphere is great. Lourdes is very professional she listens to what you want done on your hair and follows it to excellency. She also did an amazing job on my hair, she trimmed it & highlighted she’s an excellent colorist & stylist I trust her with my hair and her opinions, Now I’m her customer for life, Excellent customer service with great experience.
