I am very glad to be seeing Dr. Dizon. He takes care of my father and does such a wonderful job with him that I decided to see him after moving to Fresno. I have had minimal waits to see him, he is very open minded and open to suggestions unlike alot of other doctors. If he doesn't know something on the spot, he eventually gets you the answers or referral you're looking for. Dr. is great when you can get to him. I called the office and it rings and rings and rings with no answer. That can’t be professional. At other times if I can get someone to answer, staff does not communicate important information to the doctor. On the other hand Dr. is attentive, friendly, and seemingly very competent. It is unfortunate the office staff makes it so difficult to get to the doctor.
Dr Dizon cares! When my husband was diagnosed in San Francisco of a rare disease, Dr Dizon went the extra mile and attended a seminar on his own time to get better knowledge about the disease. He also came to our home when it wss necessary for my husband to be entered into hospice. He never hesitates to send send his patients to a specialist or request lab work when necessary for a diagnosis. He has a 5 star rating in my opinion.
Tried to get a Covid test and they cancelled my appointment an hour before it started because they "never heard" of my insurance and made no efforts to call verify my coverage. I paid for the test out of pocket. After I took the test they didn't give me a receipt, and they refused to email me a copy because they claimed HIPAA wouldn't allow them (which is wrong). Dr Dizon listens to you! He is easy to talk to. He does not hesitate to get test to make sure your problem is solved. I highly recommend Dr Dixon
Dr Dizon is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled doctor. He cares about his patients and will go the extra mile for you. He also works two days a week at the local Veteran's Hospital.
