I had a HORRIBLE experience with Dr. Foti. I went in for septoplasty (deviated septum) and rhinoplasty (because I've always hated the ball on the tip of my nose, and my nose was crooked). Insurance paid for most of my septoplasty, but I had saved up for a couple years for the cosmetic part of the surgery because it is not covered by insurance.
