First off I wanted to give a big shout out to the property manager Lailahni Tuaila! Since my husband and I moved into Dominguez way she has been nothing more than a huge help for us in literally EVERYTHING! Anything we ask for it’s always done AND with a true genuine smile! We haven’t had any issues since we have been here and she has made us feel so much at home. Work orders are done quickly, and phone calls are always picked up. Every time my husband and I see her she always greets us and asks us if we need anything or how... read more
The new manager here (Laylonnie) has been a pleasure to work with. When ever I call she answers or gets back to me and whether it is a work order or a resident issue, she addresses it right away. Even if the issue can not be resolved, she handles our conversations in a way that makes me feel like everything will be addressed and taken care of. Dominguez Way has become a better place to live due to the customer service she has been displaying to me since she took over. The maintenance staff takes care of work orders I have pu... read more
