Salvador did an excellent job on my new house. I thought that I didn't need an inspection for my new house, but I'm so glad I brought him. He found so many things that I had to require the builder to fix before I closed. He is very professional and detailed. I highly recommend him.
My original home inspector flaked on me, and I really lucked out by reaching Dominguez Property Inspections. Having a full slate of inspections that day, I think he might have skipped lunch to come to my house for an inspection and he did a great job. He was efficient and still did a thorough explanation at the end. He also didn't charge me extra for the last minute call. I appreciated that so much and would highly recommend him to anyone.
My husband and I are extremely pleased with the work that Salvador and his company have done for us. We are purchasing a new home and their reporting was detailed and inclusive. Salvador notified us both by phone and email every step of the way. We are would not hesitate to use them again.
